Dereflexion Consulting (Private) Limited is a Zimbabwe-registered and incorporated professional services firm, formed in 2016 to serve small and medium enterprises as they grow into large corporations.
Ten years on, we have grown with our clients and learned that businesses are built by people. Today we serve both the company and the professional behind the desk, because lasting stakeholder value depends on the strength of both.

Leadership
Led by chartered accountants
Dereflexion is led by Tatenda Muronda CA(Z), RPA, CFE, a Chartered Accountant, registered public auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner with over 14 years of experience across public practice, industry and commerce. She trained with Ernst & Young and has held executive roles in internal audit, finance and general management.
Together with fellow partner Farai Maimbo CA(Z), RPA and a team of finance, investment and audit specialists, she brings big-firm rigour and a personal touch to every client.
